    1. What is a Vintage Watch?

    A Vintage Watch is a wrist watch that is not less than 30 years old and not more than 100 years old. It is indeed a valuable and collectable accessory.

    1. Is it okay to use vintage watches for daily use?

    It is perfectly fine to use the vintage watch for normal day to day use with average activity. You need to strictly follow the usage guidelines given along with the watch.

    1. What are some of the things that you should be careful while using a vintage watch?

    You must avoid using vintage watches in conditions below:

      • Sports Activity
      • Swimming and Diving
      • Exposing to sudden changes of temperature and humidity
      • How can I make sure that the watch I am planning to buy is authentic?

      All the watches we sell are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and in the condition described in our ads. All our watches undergo quality checks, before they are sold. Please note that vintage watches are not water proof.

      1. Do the vintage watches you sell have warranty?

      Yes! Some of our products come with a 6 months warranty and are quality checked before we send to our customers (it's stated in the listing). We make sure that all our customers are satisfied with the purchase.

      1. Can I sell my vintage watch?

      1. What is your return policy? I am not satisfied with the product purchased?

      We have a 14 day returns policy and you must return the product within the 14 days of the purchase. Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and it must be in its original packaging.       1. How can I track my orders?

      Each time an order is made, an invoice will be send to you by e-mail. Use the invoice number and log in to you account to track your orders.

      1. Are vintage watches 100% accurate?

      Vintage watches are not 100% accurate as modern battery-operated watches. Know that vintage watches are automatically and manually wound. However, we keep the accuracy to within two minutes in a 24 hour period.

      1. How long does the delivery take?

      Delivery may take 2-10 business days depending on the location. You will be notified for delivery timings, once the order has been processed.

      1. Will I be charged for shipping?
